Reconfiguration of nondestructively readable superconductor memory by direct injection of magnetic flux to storage loop

چکیده
Abstract In this study, we demonstrate a novel method for the reconfiguration of nondestructively readable memory cell superconductor integrated circuits. The proposed involves direct injection flux quantum to storage loop cell, which has been achieved using interface circuits in previous studies. By applying method, footprint can be reduced by half. We experimentally proof-of-concept investigated method. expect that reconfigured will suitable building large-scale lookup tables
